Clean Eating Winter Oats

If you fancy making this porridge extra special, then try adding a heaped teaspoon of cashew nut butter to serve. It is seriously good!
Ingredients
- 40 grams Rolled Oats use gluten free is necessary
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 2 Medjool Dates stone removed and diced
- 1 teaspoon Coconut Oil optional
- 1 Apple diced
- 200 ml Milk of choice plus more to serve
- 1 heaped teaspoon Cashew Nut Butter or any nut butter - optional
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients (except for the nut butter) into a saucepan and cook on the hob over a low heat for 3 minutes or until the oats are cooked.
- To serve, add a splash of milk to make the porridge your preferred consistency and if using, add a dollop of cashew nut butter.
