Clean Eating Tamari Parsley Scrambled Eggs is a great post work out meal packed with protein and savoury goodness. You can eat it by itself as a quick snack, or place it in a wholemeal pitta for a more substantial meal. Either way, don’t scrimp on the parsley, it’s good stuff!
Clean Eating Tamari Parsley Scrambled Eggs

Clean Eating Tamari Parsley Scrambled Eggs is a great post work out meal packed with protein and savoury goodness. You can eat it by itself as a quick snack, or place it in a wholemeal pitta for a more substantial meal.
Ingredients
- 1/4 teaspoon Olive Oil or oil of choice
- 1 Whole Egg
- 2 Egg Whites
- 1/4 teaspoon Double Strength Tamari Sauce or soya sauce
- 1 small handful Fresh Parsley
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a non stick pan over a medium heat.
- Add the eggs and allow to cook for a few seconds before gently scrambling in the pan with a wooden spoon.
- Once cooked, turn off the heat and add the tamari sauce. Stir to combine.
- Serve with freshly chopped parsley by itself or in a wholemeal pitta or wholegrain bread.
