Clean Eating Tamari Parsley Scrambled Eggs is a great post work out meal packed with protein and savoury goodness. You can eat it by itself as a quick snack, or place it in a wholemeal pitta for a more substantial meal.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a non stick pan over a medium heat.
  2. Add the eggs and allow to cook for a few seconds before gently scrambling in the pan with a wooden spoon.
  3. Once cooked, turn off the heat and add the tamari sauce. Stir to combine.
  4. Serve with freshly chopped parsley by itself or in a wholemeal pitta or wholegrain bread.
