Another new and super tasty way to eat your oats in the morning! I know it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to come up with these recipes and ideas, but I know how it feels to get stuck in a rut eating the same breakfast every morning. Part of the purpose of this blog is to inspire and encourage others to try new things, so If any of these recipes do that, as simple and easy as they may seem, then I will be happy.
This porridge is really yummy, like eating date and walnut cake for breakfast but without the sugar, saturated fat and empty calories! I love that the dates sweeten the oats for you, so you wont even need to add any honey or maple syrup. It’s a great way to start your day and has been the perfect breakfast to fuel my morning runs this past week.
