A Typical Clean Eating Day

A Typical day of clean eating for me could look like this:

7.30 am Breakfast: Protein Oat Smoothie

10 am Mid Morning Boost: Fresh Fruit or Veggie Sticks & Houmous

12.30 pm Lunch: Salad with Chickpeas or Lentils and Olive Oil

3 pm Mid Afternoon Pick me Up: Homemade Nakd Bar

5.30 pm Dinner: Turkey Tacos with Wholegrain Rice & Salad

6pm Dessert: Mini ‘Cheesecake’ or Watermelon

I also drink plenty of water, at least 2 litres as well as herbal teas. My favourites are Peppermint or Peppermint & Licorice.

    B fast porridge with almond milk
    Lunch beans
    Dinner veg soup
    However I eat bread and eat two three slices at least in a day.
    I drink lots of tea and water , no alcohol x

    Hiya Charlie and Luke, I just read right down to the bottom today and realised “Content of this website may not be used or duplicated without written permission.” I have been printing out clean eating meal plans and sticking them on the kitchen wall, and using them in the livingroom to sort out what I need for the week. Also I have been printing out recipes to put on the kitchen counter to work from! Oh Dear!!!!!!!!!!!! I am sorry! I have not noticed I should not be doing that! Can I please have written permission, as I am collecting my (your) recipes I have used and the meal plan challenge for 2017 in my Kitchen Shed Binder. If not, do I get fined or have to do anything else to reimburse you???? Help Please!! So very sorry broke the copyright without realising or thinking. :-((

    I would love to follow your clean eating plan. You make it sound so doable that I am tempted to follow. I am doing my own version, but it is probably nowhere close to how well you do it. I am incorporating more healthier and whole food options and eliminating certain kinds. But I have a long way to go.
