This would make a great lunch to take to work with you, it can be prepared in advance and kept in the fridge. Serve with a side salad and some sliced avocado and you have yourself a perfectly balanced clean eating meal.

Ingredients
- 1 tin/carton Chickpeas
- 1 tin Tuna drained
- 2 Tablespoons Houmous
- 1 small handful Fresh Basil Leaves roughly chopped
Instructions
- Drain and rinse the chickpeas and place them into a mixing bowl.
- Add the tuna, houmous and basil leaves and stir to combine.
- Serve with a side salad and avocado.
