Clean Eating Tuna Sandwiches

18th July 2014 By The Kitchen Shed 1 Comment

Clean Eating Tuna SandwichesClean Eating Tuna SandwichesClean Eating Tuna SandwichesWho doesn’t love a tuna sandwich? I love tuna and tuna mayo has always been one of my favourite sandwiches. I only notice that I miss mayonnaise when I fancy a tuna sandwich and so I had to figure out a way that I could still enjoy tuna without it being terribly dry. (Have you ever eaten dry tuna? Its not fun!)

This recipe is similar to my tuna brown rice pasta recipe which i love. The celery and red onion add extra texture and great flavour. If you still find this tuna too dry, you can add a little more olive oil and feel free to add or replace any other salad vegetables. Diced cucumber is great in it too!
