Clean Eating Turkey Pesto Feta MeatballsClean Eating Turkey Pesto Feta MeatballsClean Eating Turkey Pesto Feta MeatballsIt has been a while since I got this excited about a recipe.

For this recipe I used my ‘Pesto – For Stuffing’. It is basically pesto without the oil which means that when you stuff it inside something, it doesn’t end up leaking out in the oven. Genius!

These meatballs are so versatile. You could definitely serve them the traditional way with some wholegrain or vegetable spaghetti and sauce, or maybe with a side of quinoa. You could even make them up to use as a snack or to go with your meals. I could quite happily just sit and nom down on a bowl of them just as they are.
