Clean Eating Pesto Guacamole is dairy free, gluten free, raw and delicious! You can use it as a dip for some wholewheat bread sticks, corn chips, or veggie sticks. It also tastes great in a wrap or sandwich or would go perfectly with any Mexican dish.

  1. Cut open the avocados and scoop the flesh out into a bowl.
  2. Add the pesto to the bowl and mash everything together until it is mostly smooth.
  3. Serve with some organic corn chips, wholewheat bread sticks and vegetable sticks.
