I love creating healthier versions of every day family favourite meals, that is what this blog is all about. My boys love this pasta bake and I love a meal that I can throw together and bake in the oven. It gives me just enough time to clean up the kitchen and serve dinner in peace rather than the chaos I often create whilst cooking 🙂
Clean Eating Turkey Brown Rice Pasta Bake is gluten free, nutritious and delicious and a hit with all the family. Lets face it, who doesn’t like a pasta bake?
Budget Friendly Tip: You can make this meal stretch further by using up to double the amount of pasta and cheese. It will taste just as delicious but feed twice the amount of people.Â

6th February 2015 at 12:08 amI love this pasta bake, it is by far the best one I’ve ever tasted. Knowing that it’s all healthy and good for my family helps too. So much better than a shop bought jar of sauce!

30th September 2015 at 8:27 pmHi,
We started clean eating 4 weeks ago following your recipies Monday to Friday and at weekends we eat a whole ot better than we used to but still have some treats.
This has been a major lifestyle change for us and its truly becoming addictive – in addition to enjoying all the meals I have also lost half a stone and had no intentions for weight loss so thats an added bonus. So far we’ve cut out all processed foods, jars, packet mixes, sugar on cereal/hot drinks and if we eat bread its usually a wrap or pitta and its got to be wholewheat and we couldn’t go back now.
Tonight I cooked this meal and it was absolutely fantastic and loved it – probably our favourite so far 🙂 We used to have a very similar meal with chicken, leeks and bacon but this was awesome. Can’t wait to try what you come up with next.
Thanks, Steve.
