The weather has been a little cooler this past week and I have had a hankering for something warm in the mornings. It was a mad rush yesterday before the school run, so I quickly cooked up some oats, chucked on a spoonful of clean raspberry jam, roughly chopped some almonds and scattered over some ground flaxseed… it was amazing! I am so in love with this porridge that I ate it for breakfast and lunch today. So much for trying to have varied diet!

Clean Eating Raspberry Almond Porridge is so quick, so delicious and so easy. Perfect for a busy weekday morning, especially on a day when there is no fruit in the house. It is something that the whole family could enjoy too, just use ground almonds for the younger ones, or you can leave them out completely.
