Another delicious breakfast smoothie. Quick, easy and super nutritious. This smoothie is great to drink as part of a clean eating breakfast or would make an ideal snack during the day.

You could add extra oats and milk to make it more of a complete meal but I like to drink this as it is and have a side of eggs or toast and natural nut butter in the mornings.

Clean Eating Blueberry Banana Oat Smoothie

  • Yield: 1 Servings

You can add extra oats and milk to make it more of a complete meal, but I like to drink this and have a side of eggs or toast and natural nut butter.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe Banana aprox 100g
  • 100 grams Blueberries
  • 100 ml Milk of choice
  • 10 grams Rolled Oats

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender or smoothie maker and blitz until thoroughly combined.
  2. Serve straight away.
