Clean Eating Apple, Pear & Ginger Smoothie

www.thekitchenshed.co.ukwww.thekitchenshed.co.ukwww.thekitchenshed.co.ukThis is my go to winter smoothie. With all of my favourite berries out of season, it’s easy to forget how delicious a smoothie can be but this is a winner and especially delicious with a low carb breakfast of eggs and veggies. You will feel ready to pop!

My lazy girl self couldn’t help but use my favourite Cawston Press Apple & Ginger juice for this recipe. We often have this juice in the house anyway and it just makes life quick, easy and oh so delicious.

This smoothie isn’t quite as smooth as those summer day smoothies but we all still really enjoy it. If you have a hard time with textures, you could add a little more juice/water to thin it out a little or if you wanted to bulk it out a little more then feel free to add in a ripe banana to the mix. Either way, this is the way I will be drinking my fruit this January.
