I am a big lover of simple cooking. I love being able to make something quick and easy that tastes so good. This is definitely one of those meals and you probably already have the ingredients in your kitchen.

I used dried rosemary, but if you have fresh then feel free to use that instead.

Instructions

  1. Place the coconut oil into a non stick saucepan and heat over a medium heat.
  2. In a bowl or jug, whisk together the eggs, rosemary and sea salt.
  3. Add the egg mixture to the saucepan and stir whilst it cooks until scrambled.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
