Clean Eating Spinach Scrambled Egg Whites - The Kitchen Shed

Clean Eating Spinach Scrambled Egg Whites - The Kitchen ShedMy favourite clean eating breakfasts would be oats or eggs. I have made some clean and delicious porridge recipes to keep breakfast new and exciting and now I’m moving on to eggs!

I really do love eggs! Sometimes I use the whole egg and sometimes I just use the egg whites. This recipe uses just the egg whites, but feel free to use whole eggs if you prefer. 2 egg whites = 1 whole egg.

Clean Eating Spinach Scrambled Egg Whites are a delicious and filling breakfast, packed with protein, nutrients and essential vitamins. I topped mine with some sprouted seeds for a HUGE nutritious power punch. – You can grow these yourself or buy them from Sainsburys.
