I can’t believe how fast this month has flown by, we are on the final stretch of the 30 Day Clean Eating Challenge!
I’ve learned to love this challenge again this year. Sometimes when you fall off of the clean eating wagon it can be hard to imagine a happy, satisfied foodie life back on it again. Leaving behind refined sugar and flours means saying goodbye to lots of our favourite food. But sticking to the challenge and getting over the difficult first few days or weeks pays off in the end. I’m not sat here feeling deprived, I’m thankful that my body is able to cope without the junk and I’m happier and healthier for it too.
I will be celebrating my 29th Birthday at the end of the week so I am looking forward to having some Flexi meals over the weekend. Be sure to check in with me on Instagram to see what treats I choose to eat.
