Clean Eating Shopping List UK

Clean Eating Shopping List UKI thought it was about time that I created a general clean eating shopping list that you could use whenever you do your food shopping. This list is as complete as I could make it and so contains more than what you would usually purchase in a weekly shop. For example; I wouldn’t necessary buy all of the fruit and vegetables listed but I would choose a selection for that specific week, or if I already had porridge oats at home I wouldn’t need to buy them every week.

I have highlighted in bold the things that I eat most often and that usually make it into my shopping trolley each week, when I have run out of them at home.  

Not all supermarkets will stock all of the things listed but I am pretty confident that you will be able to find at least 90% of this list in each one.

  • Organic Unsalted Butter

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Avocado Oil
  • Coconut Oil
  • Walnut Oil
  • Flaxseed/Linseed
  • Nuts & Nut Butters (Almonds/Wanuts/Brazil Nuts/Cashew Nuts etc)

Store Cupboard Essentials

  • Fine Sea Salt
  • Rock Salt/Sea Salt Flakes
  • Chopped/Whole Carton or Tinned Tomatoes
  • Passata
  • Tinned Lentils (no added nasties)
  • Tinned Beans/Chickpeas (no added nasties)
  • Tinned Tuna/Salmon/Mackerel
  • Biona Coconut Milk or Creamed Coconut Sachets 
  • 100% Fruit Spread (like St Dalfours Jam)
  • Apple Puree (like the baby food jars/pouches)
  • Tahini – If you want to make your own Houmous
  • Wholegrain Crackers
  • Nuts for making nakd bars and pesto (Cashews, Walnuts, Pecans etc)
  • Raisins and Dried Fruit

Condiments
