I have a brilliant guest post for you all today, another tasty treat to curb those cravings and the perfect kind of recipe to bag up and send to your friends as a festive gift. Here is the fit and fabulous Natasha from Nutty About Health And Fitness.
Hi, just a quick introduction, my name is Natasha (all my friends call me Tash). I am a clean eater, fitness instructor and avid exerciser. I run fitness classes, boot camps and am a Personal Trainer. I find that clean eating helps with my energy levels and enables me to do my job properly, plus I find that there are plenty of great recipes out there that you can use to change your diet and lifestyle through healthy clean living. I advise all my clients to eat clean, I know it is difficult for some of them as time is an issue and lots of foods are so convenient, but once they start and realise it is not as hard as they thought they can be converted and with great ideas and recipes online it can be a simple change.
I was so excited when I stumbled upon Charlies website. I started clean eating about two years ago, all the sites I could find were American, so it was amazing to find The Kitchen Shed. I got in touch with Charlie straight away telling her how excited I was to find her website so here I am sharing with you some of my favourite treats.
These treats are so simple to make and not too time consuming, around 30 minutes start to finish. I make a batch over the weekend and they will last 4-5 days in the fridge. I love peanut butter and so these really help with sugar cravings as one gives me that little tasty treat I need. Try them out, you will love them!!!
