A Typical Clean Eating Day

A Typical day of clean eating for me could look like this:

7.30 am Breakfast: Protein Oat Smoothie

10 am Mid Morning Boost: Fresh Fruit or Veggie Sticks & Houmous

12.30 pm Lunch: Salad with Chickpeas or Lentils and Olive Oil

3 pm Mid Afternoon Pick me Up: Homemade Nakd Bar

5.30 pm Dinner: Turkey Tacos with Wholegrain Rice & Salad

6pm Dessert: Mini ‘Cheesecake’ or Watermelon

I also drink plenty of water, at least 2 litres as well as herbal teas. My favourites are Peppermint or Peppermint & Licorice.
