7.30 am Breakfast – Clean Eating Porridge with Oat Milk and Fresh Fruit, sprinkled with Ground Flaxseed
10 am Mid Morning Boost – 2-4 Oat cakes with 2 Boiled Egg Whites and an Apple
12.30 pm Lunch – Wholewheat Flat Bread with Houmous and Roasted Vegetables
3 pm Mid Afternoon Pick me Up – Almonds and Walnuts with Raisins and a Banana
5.30 pm Dinner – Clean Eating 3 Bean Chilli with a Baked Sweet Potato and a Side Salad
