Clean Eating Sweet Pastry

17th December 2014 By The Kitchen Shed 1 Comment

imageCreating a recipe for clean mince pies has been high on my priority list this week but before I could even think about how I was going to make the filling, I needed to come up with a recipe for the pastry base. I knew that this olive oil pastry just wouldn’t be right so here is a very basic but clean, whole and natural alternative to sweet pastry.

This recipe is enough to be the top or bottom of one 9 inch pie or would be enough to be the top or bottom of 12 smaller ones.
