They have a 99% chance of helping me forget about the packet of biscuits I was dreaming about or the slice of cake I was craving. They seem to hit all the right spots and for me, they just work.

Do you ever get stuck for ideas when it comes to healthy eating? You can keep up to date with all of my new clean and delicious recipes by subscribing to my free newsletter. It is quick and easy to subscribe and you will receive all of the new recipes right to your inbox. Click here to sign up!

These are my go to combos to turn a date into something a little more special, then I can call it dessert! I’m not going to write a recipe out for these, they are very simple and self explanitory! I like to use medjool dates or these smaller hadrawi dates. Remove the stone and fill with walnuts/pecans/cashew nuts, a teaspoon of goats cheese or a teaspoon of nut butter and cinnamon (cashew nut butter is the best!).

2-3 dates are usually enough, so keep some in the cupboard for when the sugar cravings hit! Alternatively, if you have a food processor you can turn the dates into Homemade Nakd bars with all of these recipes!
