Clean Eating Everyday Side SaladI know this isn’t really a recipe, but I want to create a range of Clean Eating Everyday recipes that show examples of the kind of food I like to eat everyday. The simple basics. Like my Clean Eating Everyday Oats.

This Clean Eating Everyday Side Salad is a step up from iceberg lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber. It tastes one hundred times better and is packed full of vitamins and minerals to help keep your body at its healthiest.

This recipe also gives you an insight into the ideal serving sizes of a salad – two cupped handfuls! You will be able to keep to proper Clean Eating portion sizes by always remembering to fill up on your veggies!
