Clean Eating Banoffee Pie Porridge

I cannot tell you how happy this porridge made me this week! So happy, I had to make it for lunch again today, it is delicious!

I have had some disasterous breakfasts over the last few weeks, as documented on Instagram. In a bid to become the fittest and healthiest version of myself, I have been testing out a bunch of different superfood and protein powders and I obviously have no clue how they should be used because I have ruined some perfectly good oats.

The last porridge/superfoodie concoction I made was the last straw. It looked so delicious, topped with sliced banana, frozen blueberries, manuka honey and chia seeds but it tasted like the sewer. I decided that I wasn’t cut out to be a superfoodie and quite frankly I just like ‘normal’ porridge.

So this Banoffee Pie Porridge contains all of the yumminess and none of the sewer, so sweet, so delicious and so pretty. I have no desire to mess around with simple, real food ever again.
